Fast-Track 80™ is designed specifically for industrial rescue teams and offers Roco's Confined Space Rescue Certification in eight days. This accelerated 80-hour course begins with core skills and concludes with certification testing based on the skill requirements of NFPA 1006 and 1670. Testing to a national consensus standard, such as NFPA, is also an excellent means of documenting individual skills proficiency in accordance with OSHA 1910.146. The course will quickly advance students to more complex confined space rescue scenarios along with elevated or high angle operations. Rescue response capabilities will be enhanced by extensive hands-on teaching stations and realistic problem-solving exercises, including on-air, simulated IDLH scenarios.

Roco certification testing includes individual skills proficiency, scenario-based performance evaluation and written exam. Fast-Track 80™ will complete the Confined Space Rescue skill requirements of NFPA 1006 (Level II) and NFPA 1670 (Technician Level). It also meets the Rope Rescue skill requirements of NFPA 1006 and 1670 with the exception of select skills such as rope ascension, high-lines and knot passing, which is offered in our Fast-Track 120™ program. Roco certification is valid for two years and can be renewed by successfully completing our recertification program.

NEW! By partnering with LSU's Fire and Emergency Training Institute (FETI), an accredited ProBoard and IFSAC organization, we are now able to offer students a ProBoard/ IFSAC option on the last day of select Roco courses. For a nominal fee, students can complete a written and skills examination conducted by LSU's Fire and Emergency Services Certification Division. Upon successful completion of this certification process, students will be eligible for ProBoard's certification registry.
