Flammable vapors caused March 2011 plant explosion in Massachusetts

An explosion in March at the Bostik Inc. adhesive company in Middleton, MA, was caused when flammable vapors were ignited by an undetermined source, the Massachusetts Department of Fire Services said today (Sept. 7).
