Response Teams Dispatched Throughout Texas and Louisiana

Williams Fire & Hazard Control is actively responding to the areas affected by hurricane Rita.
Having made landfall Saturday September 24, at approximately 2:30 a.m. local time, Rita delivered 120 mile-an-hour winds and torrential rainfall to the Texas-Louisiana coastal region. Rita's fingerprint lingers with rising water levels that threaten flooding throughout the low lying areas in Southern Louisiana and Texas.
Williams response teams have been dispatched throughout the region and are currently assisting to secure vital industrial and municipal assets, and to stage critical response equipment including large volume pumps, hose,transportable Ambassador and Battler monitor arrays, and ThunderStorm ATC to apply mitigation and extinguishment forces as needed.
